For delivery within our coverage zones (Klang Valley), we partner with physical furniture stores or furniture transporters to deliver directly to you. The reason we don't simply use courier services e.g. Skynet is due to numerous complaints from customers that items are damaged, non-delivery and unable to arrange delivery date. By leveraging on our experienced partner stores, we ship out your order within a week (please chat with us if you need it urgently); We will do our best to meet your desired delivery schedule; We provide free assembly and installation (if required). Do let us know if you need disposal service.

For deliveries to Level 3 and above due to reasons such as no direct lift access & not able to fit into the lift, customer needs to pay an additional surcharge of RM15 per item per floor to the delivery team directly. For delivery outside our coverage zones (Klang Valley), we engage either direct transport by manufacturer or the better courier services, GDEX or CityLink.
